Question:  When will my pre-order be shipped?

Answer:  All pre-order items will have a preset release date.  As soon as items are received from manufacturer, they will be shipped out within the first 24 hours.  These set dates are “estimated time of arrival” sometimes due to circumstances outside of our control there may be a slight change in release date due to the manufacturer.  Items could be delayed or arrive ahead of schedule.  We will notify our customers with the most up to date information as we receive it. There are no refunds on pre-ordered items, as they are pre-order for production.

 

Question:  Why should I Pre-Order my items?

Answer:  Some of the items we get are EXTREMELY limited and RARE due to limited production runs of a few hundred items to limited Productions runs of less then 100.  By pre-ordering your item you are GUARANTEED to get the item you want.

 

Question:  Will my Pre-Order be shipped out with my items?

Answer:  When you place an order for existing product and a Pre-Order item you have two options.  You can have your entire order shipped out when the Pre-Order arrives in stock to save money on shipping cost. Your second option is to have the current items in stock shipped out first and have the pre-order item shipped out when the item arrives.  Their will be a separate shipping charge for that option since we are shipping out two separate packages.

 

Question:  When do I pay for my Pre-Order items?

Answer:  All payments for Pre-Order items are due when you place your order to secure your items.

 

Question:  What payment methods do we accept?

Answer:  We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  If you would like to pay another method please contact us by phone or email.  That information can by found under the contact section.

 

Question:  How much is shipping?

Answer:  Shipping to the US:

Flat domestic shipping rate of $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.  This is the standard shipping rate for majority of the items available on our site.  Specialty items will have a separate shipping rate which will be noted in the description.

Shipping to Canada:

Flat domestic shipping rate of $11.99 for the first item and $2.99 for each additional item.  This is the standard shipping rate for majority of the items available on our site.  Specialty items will have a separate shipping rate which will be noted in the description.

 

Question:  When will my item be shipped?

Answer:  All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed.

 

Question:  Do you ship international?

Answer:  Yes, We do ship worldwide!  Please contact us by email for international Shipping rates before you place your order.

 

Question:  Are all items new?

Answer:  All items come brand new in box unless noted other wise.

 

Question:  Do you buy or trade?

Answer:  Please contact us if you are interested in selling your collection, part of your collection, getting rid of a storage unit, or just looking to liquidate your items.  We are currently looking for bobble heads, stadium give-a-ways, pins, and other sports related merchandise.  We will gladly pay you cash, give Sports Exclusive store credit, or a combination of both.  Please contact us through our customer service section.

 

Question:  I am worried about using my credit card online, is it safe?

Answer:  Yes, we use SSL secure server provided by PayPal and for more details see PayPal.com.

 

Question:  How long have you been in business?

Answer:  We have been selling sports merchandise for over 10 years now in the private and public market.  We have been selling on eBay since 2001.  We are currently a have a “Power Seller Rating” on eBay with thousands of transactions with a overall sanctification rating of 99.5%. In the pass year we have expanded our business and opened up our own website.  We specialize in Bobble Heads, Stadium Give-A-Ways, Forever Collectible Items, Custom Bobble Heads, Philadelphia related merchandise, and much much more.  Our warehouse is currently Located in Tampa, FL.

 

Question:  What is your return policy?

Answer:  We will accept returns up to 14 days for once the customer receives the item. Item must be in the same condition as it was original sold.  Buyer pays for return shipping cost.  We will refund the original purchase price.  Except on pre-ordered items.
